After acquiring the business in 2025, my partners and I have been focused on honoring its legacy while building the next chapter of growth.At Shaw Welding, I oversee strategy, operations, and business development—working alongside a talented team of project managers, estimators, welders, and field crews. My role spans from guiding projects through estimating, fabrication, and erection, to strengthening customer relationships, to modernizing internal systems like job costing, payroll, and project tracking.What motivates me most is growing people and the business simultaneously: creating career pathways for our team, deepening partnerships with clients, and building the operational foundation for long-term success in the steel industry.Our vision is clear: continue Shaw’s reputation for craftsmanship and reliability, while investing in systems, technology, and people to scale responsibly and seize new opportunities in New England’s evolving construction landscape.
