About Stephanie Kumah

As CoAction Global‘s Operations and Partnerships Manager for the M300 Fellowship, Stephanie leads the Fellowship’s implementation, overseeing government partnerships and day-to-day operations across 15+ countries. She works closely with national governments, donors, and multilateral partners to support the delivery of M300 priorities through the M300 Fellowship. Stephanie brings over a decade of experience across government, international development organizations, and research institutions, with a career focused on governance, conflict prevention, and program delivery in fragile and transition contexts. Before joining CoAction Global, she served at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in the Bureau for the Middle East and the Bureau for Conflict Prevention and Stabilization, where she supported strategic planning, policy development, and interagency coordination. Earlier in her career, she held program management and research roles at Counterpart International, Creative Associates International, and the Atlantic Council’s Africa Center, managing programs across Sub-Saharan Africa focused on peace and security, and education in conflict-affected settings.Stephanie holds an MSc in Migration Studies from the University of Oxford and a BA in French and Government from the College of William & Mary. She is a fluent French speaker.
