ABOUT STEPHANIE KRINICKAS ZUCCARDI
I have extensive international experience having studied in the United States, Colombia, France and most recently Australia where I completed an International Business degree with Distinction from RMIT University. My career thus far has centred around Early Careers Talent Recruitment, Events and Program Management, Training and Development, and Industry Engagement. I have had the opportunity to design, deliver and manage bespoke career development programs for Australian higher education institutions including Monash University, University of South Australia and Swinburne University. I have further honed my partnership management skills through sourcing and managing over work integrated learning opportunities for students across Business and Engineering. I\'ve worked on entrepreneurial projects in Higher Education, including recruiting for RMIT On Demand. This program provides an innovative approach to connect organisations to pre-screened talent using an online marketplace. I lead the recruitment of students and alumni across the different areas of the University to engage with a strong pipeline of talent available to industry across all categories. Most recently, I was the National Recruitment Lead for the Financial Advisory line of service at PwC Australia. I was responsible for the recruitment of candidates for all of PwC Student Programs including Graduates, Trainees, Vacationers and Clerks for the Tax, Private Clients, Infrastructure, Deals and Legal divisions of the firm. This role saw me specialise in early careers high volume recruitment strategy and partnership management with Universities and Industry groups. My skills and experience are complemented by my ongoing dedication to studies, having graduated with Distinction average, being awarded membership to the Golden Key International Honours Society for being in the top 15% of students based on academic performance in the RMIT International Business program as well as being awarded with the RMIT LEAD (Learn, Engage, Aspire, Develop) Certificate
