Supervise a diverse, high performing project controls team responsible for cost, scheduling, risk, and reporting. Provide effective and consistent communication between the team and multiple departments and stakeholders. • Work closely with various contractors and internal project teams in order to manage the budget and schedule for multiple simultaneous projects.• Maintain a comprehensive project controls system including master schedules, critical path networks, progress measurement, cost reporting and cost forecasting.• Update, maintain and analyze project commitments, cost flow, and expenditures.• Forecast completion costs based on trends including productivity measurements, labor rate analysis, commitments, change management, schedule impacts and material cost variance.• Work with the team to manage and oversee the project risk management process. • Participate in the preparation of the annual budget. Interface with management for budget reviews, including identification of risks and opportunities. Work with the team to meet budget targets.• Support the Project Manager and Project Management Team on all project controls issues. Fully integrated with the Construction Management Team to support construction execution in alignment with project budget and schedule.
