ABOUT STEPHANIE JUTILA
Accomplished Senior Executive and CEO for environmental, arts, and cultural non-profits. Skilled in Non-profit Management, Public/Private Partnerships, Fiscal Management, Change Management, Governance, along with Strategic and Site Master Planning. Strong business development professional with a Master\'s in Horticulture, Minor in Museum Studies, and a concentration in non-profit management from the University of Minnesota. Bachelor\'s Degree in Horticulture from the University of Minnesota. A dedicated life-long learner. In the midst of the pandemic, I embraced a personal and professional sabbatical. The foundation of my sabbatical was The George Washington University\'s Center for Excellence in Public Leadership\'s Certificate in eCo Leadership Coaching. The program engages an international cohort of professionals who work in public/private partnerships across many disciplines to deploy new methods, thinking, and leadership models. The program teaches a coaching model focused on coaching leaders, teams, and groups within organizations that are deeply committed to sustainable development goals and who care to make a difference in the world. I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to be a part GWU\'s eCo Leadership Coaching Cohort 2. And even more excited to bring all that I gained to my future roles.
