ABOUT STEPHANIE JERVIS
I’m a People Advisor with an interest in colleague experience and development. For the past 3 years I have been focused on employee relations, ensuring fair, consistent and balanced outcomes. However, my passion lies in project work, meeting the objectives of a People Plan and working with various stakeholders in finding the best solution to every problem. When I have some quiet time at work I like to fill it with a proactive approach to data analysis, preparing for and mitigating future challenges. I truly believe in the power of people and that you should be able to work hard but also enjoy what you do. When I’m not on the job, I love painting (not that I am any good), spending time with my family and finding new experiences to drag my friends to.
