I’m passionate about people and the impact the right hire can have on a team and an organization. With over a decade of retail leadership experience and more than six years in the cannabis industry, I bring an operational perspective to Talent Acquisition that’s rooted in performance, people, and process.Over the past four years in recruiting, I’ve hired more than employees across multiple states and leadership levels, from hourly associates to senior leaders. I focus on aligning hiring strategy with business goals, team dynamics, and long-term success.My background in retail, operations, and multi-unit leadership helps me partner closely with managers to define role success, improve interview processes, and build strong internal talent pipelines.
