ABOUT STEPHANIE JEFFCOAT
For 3 years I worked at A New Way Of Life Reentry Project. A non-profit dedicated to providing housing for women that are just coming home from prison or jail. We also provide workforce development services, family reunification services, expungement services, as well as civic engagement and advocacy. Our goal is to help restore the civil and human rights for all formerly incarcerated people. This year I founded Families Inspiring Reentry & Reunification 4 Everyone in Orange County. We are dedicated to bringing these crucial services to our county. I recently just graduated from Fullerton College with 5 associate degrees. I am enrolled at Cal State Fullerton working towards my Bachelors, I will be continuing my journey to Law School to get my Juris Doctorate degree. My dream is to be in the courtroom representing parents who have had their children taken by The Child Welfare System. I know what it feel like to have my child unjustly taken from me and want to make sure to help as many parents as I can not have to feel the pain that I\'ve had to experience for the last 6 years. I just recently published my first book From The Streets To Christ Feet. This is a book of poetry, inspiration, and hope. In this book I ma sharing my journey from addiction, incarceration, and homelessness to now.
