GeriatriCare® Management, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Stephanie Thomopoulos, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC. with 25 years of experience working with the elderly, the disabled and their families. As a Professional Care Management agency, we understand and can assist with many of the common problems affecting this population, such as memory loss, mental health issues, relocation considerations, grief, and conflicts concerning care issues. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of client care with compassion and respect for each person. Our mission is to provide the most complete range of services available to meet the needs of our clients. We use a team approach and an extensive referral system to enable clients to choose from multiple options that are personalized to individual or family needs. Our commitment is to support the client with appropriate services in a cost-effective manner recognizing that most people when possible want to be supported in their own home.
