As National Preservation Program Officer at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), I support and advance the preservation initiatives of the NARA Presidential Libraries and Museums. My work involves providing preservation guidance on the museum environment, housing and storage, conservation treatment, collections emergencies, integrated pest management, exhibitions renovations, and periodic preservation review site assessments. I strive to incorporate a collaborative conservation approach and support conservation access and education opportunities for communities in project designs. As a member of the Preservation Programs leadership team, I contribute to our team\'s efforts to preserve and safeguard cultural heritage through our activities, initiatives, policies and procedures.
