Throughout her 20 years in Consulting, following her passion, Stephanie consistently found ways to contribute beyond her client work, designing and facilitating learning sessions. In the Spring of 2021, she became a professional facilitator on Deloitte\'s facilitation team, and began facilitating full time for Deloitte practitioners and PMDs (Principles, Partners and Managing Directors.) She specializes in \"the people stuff\" such as relationship building, leadership, facilitation, communication, resilience, executive presence, and critical thinking. Stephanie is a Deloitte Facilitator Excellence (DFX) Master-certified facilitator, a Coach U Core Essentials Trained / International Coaching Federation ACC certified coach, and a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner. She excels when listening, connecting, collaborating and bringing out the leader in everyone.
