With extensive experience across Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Michigan, and other key markets, I have successfully led initiatives in acquisitions, turnarounds, design, development, and construction to enhance community performance and resident care.My experience includes leading the acquisition and turnaround of underperforming senior living properties, where I’ve been able to revitalize struggling communities by improving operational efficiency, implementing cost-saving strategies, and rebuilding management teams. I work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, navigate regulatory changes, and streamline processes, ultimately transforming communities into thriving, profitable assets while maintaining a strong focus on resident well-being.In addition to turnaround efforts, I have been directly involved in the design, development, and construction of new Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care communities. From initial site selection through to operational launch, I oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring that new communities are not only built to the highest standards but are also designed with a deep understanding of the needs of both residents and staff.Throughout my career, I’ve successfully navigated industry-specific challenges, including staffing shortages, regulatory changes, and evolving resident needs, while consistently delivering positive outcomes for both residents and the organizations I’ve served.
