About Stephanie Hearn
Working in the water industry for more than 20 years, I\'ve gained in-depth knowledge of state and local regulations that are used to implement the Clean Water Act, and the experience needed to apply these regulations to project development. My career began with drinking water quality and has expanded into integrated water resources planning. Programs I\'m actively engaged with include Regional Water Quality Control Plans; Titles 17 and 22 (drinking and recycled water); Sustainable Groundwater Management Act; Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program; Waste Discharge Requirements; and Integrated Regional Water Management Planning.
