Stephanie Hayes is a seasoned Engineering and Operations executive who has acquired over 25 years of experience in the IoT solution, network operations and IT consulting businesses. Her broad experience includes managing Network Operations, Customer Service Operations, PMO, Business Process, Sales Operations and Professional Services. In her current role, Stephanie is responsible for the operations of the highly available infrastructure supporting Verizon’s cloud-based IoT device management platform. She also manages several core network applications that support Location Services, Charging Systems and Her responsibilities include incident, problem, capacity, performance and change management. Stephanie\'s PMO has managed the customer onboarding, platform releases and major implementations including the integration with Vodafone to offer a global M2M management solution. She is responsible for managing capital and operating budgets of over $50M. In 2010 as Sr Director of Operations at nPhase LLC, Stephanie led the effort to implement an $8 million geo-redundant highly available hosted infrastructure to support Verizon’s strategic cloud-based IoT platform. While in her position as Director of Operations for Global Smart Services at Qualcomm providing business operations management to support IoT solutions across various types of businesses and wireless networks, Stephanie played a pivotal role in the planning and contract negotiations to form the nPhase LLC joint venture. Stephanie managed the business operations for nPhase, a leading IoT technology firm that was acquired by Qualcomm in 2006. Prior to that as VP of Professional Services, Stephanie ran the Enterprise Systems Management practice at PCS implementing projects across a variety of industries. Her experience spans the entire project life cycle including requirements definition, design and architecture, development and configuration, testing, training, documentation and support.

   Stephanie leads a team that is responsible for the architecture, design, maintenance, and capacity management of Verizon’s cloud-based IoT platform infrastructure. This is a geo-redundant, 5 9’s infrastructure including network, server and storage components. Her technical support team is responsible for incident management, problem management, change management, and service level tracking for the platform. Stephanie’s Program Management team performs task management, status reporting and risk mitigation to support both customer and platform enhancement implementations.
