During my years of experience at THG Studios, I led, supported, and trained a team of 9 in-house stylists and carried out monthly one-to-one meetings. I managed photoshoots across different studios and locations and oversaw the quality of studio shots. Moreover, I collaborated with key stakeholders to implement brand look and feel across sites. I also coordinated studio workflow for luxury and sports eCommerce. I owned control over styling biannual editorial campaigns. I developed insights into ongoing trends and competitor activity by conducting online research. Through my robust managerial skills, I ensured timely delivery of stock to the studio. Some of my key achievements include: • Ensured that the team consistently met all KPIs and targets • Personally created the studio\'s eCommerce style guides • Delivered a successful re-brand of the Coggles website, leading the transition from mannequins to models.
