About Stephanie Hail

A Los Angeles native, Stephanie Hail graduated from UCLA with a BA in Sociology. Following her passion for music, she began her career at the House of Blues on Sunset Blvd as Retail Supervisor. Shortly after earning her degree, she used the experience that she had gained and joined the Corporate Sponsorship team at the House of Blues corporate offices in Hollywood, CA. In 2007, Stephanie took a position working for SME in Los Angeles. One of Stephanie’s primary focuses was SME’s relationship with its clients and the careful handling of every event. She has a keen business mind when it comes to strategy and problem solving and a gift for making things happen when it seems they can’t. Her industry relations and strong negotiating skills have been an asset to SME and their clients, helping to secure major entertainers within guidelines and terms that are favorable to corporate clients. Having set high standards as the Events Manager, she has been instrumental in the coordination of many phenomenal events at SME including Van Halen, Maroon 5, Train, Bon Jovi, Foreigner, The Black Keys, One Republic, Elton John, Don Henley, Lady Gaga, Usher, Pitbull, Enrique Iglesias, and John Legend. As Director of Operations & Events, she was instrumental in helping SME continue to grow and successfully service their clients. In her latest position at OnStage Talent Group, Stephanie has joined a seasoned team of Talent Specialists who leverage their incredibly valuable and in depth knowledge of the events and entertainment industry. At OnStage, our team goal is to provide the best service based on our wealth of experience and expertise to produce phenomenal results for our clients and their guests.    As the Director of Operations and Events, I work alongside the President and VP to handle the execution and advance of various talent appearances for corporate and private events. At OnStage, we specialize in procuring some of the top talent in the world to perform and present for our clients\' events. With over 8 years of experience myself and nearly 50 years of experience as a company, our valued expertise give us the competitive edge when negotiating and executing appearances. Every detail is looked after by our team. Several years onsite with clients and talent has given me a wealth of insight that I use daily to ensure that every party is taken care of and every individual has the best possible experience. In addition to my practical knowledge stemming from the hundreds of events I have been onsite for, I have a vast knowledge of current speaking and entertainment trends. As a lover of music, comedy and education, I have a strong knowledge of popular performers and some of the country\'s hottest and top lecturers.
