I joined Napthens in 2013 as a Legal Assistant in Residential Conveyancing before gaining a trainee position and subsequently qualifying as a Commercial Property Solicitor in 2016. Having been based in our Preston office since joining Napthens, I have recently moved to our Southport office to provide Commercial Property services across Merseyside. I represent clients across a variety of sectors including large corporates, SMEs, owner managed businesses, Investors and Banks. I have experience in a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, asset management and commercial refinancing.
