About Stephanie Gibbs

Stephanie Gibbs is a graduate of Ithaca College with a BS in Communication Management and Design, a concentration in Corporate Communications, and a minor in Writing. She started her career as an event professional, supporting the full suite of Smithsonian museums then Marriott\'s politically infamous Mayflower Hotel. There she learned how to prioritize under pressure, make high visibility - high impact decisions, uphold standards, and to do it with a smile. For the last 5+ years, she has built upon these skills in the tech industry, supporting FIRST@Google\'s global Event department. Here she learned to anticipate risks using data, to lead through service, to set the standard, and to leave a legacy based in strategy and empathy in each role she filled.(She also became PMP certified!) As for the next steps in her career, that\'s where you come in. Stephanie specializes in launching new initiates - be that a team, a building, a software, a workflow, or all of the above. She is always happy to chat about Project Management and Creative Strategy, especially when it comes to the platforms and systems that keep operations moving!
