Stephanie is an experienced and ambitious strategic advisory consultant, with a background in engineering and project/programme management. She brings a proven track record in delivery of dynamic projects with Government critical deadlines across water and transport infrastructure sectors. Stephanie’s diplomatic leadership skills are a particular asset in delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Her experience and passion centres around developing and enabling high performing teams to deliver project and programme outcomes more effectively and efficiently. In 2021 she completed her MSC in Business and Strategic Leadership at Cranfield including achieving a Level 7 Apprenticeship. She also became a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management. Stephanie is particularly passionate about supporting others on their leadership journeys and have mentored individuals from graduates up to Director level.
