Ms Freihofer is an IT professional with over 20 years of successful leadership of tactical and strategic systems and process implementation. Specializing in Project Management and Process Improvement, Ms. Freihofer’s experience includes all major aspects of successful project delivery, including business process analysis, requirements gathering and development, system design, cost and resource management, project planning and rollout, change control, and post-project assessment and improvement.
