I oversee the end-to-end product strategy at Farther, leading the entire product organization and managing our CRM and IT systems to ensure alignment across users, operations and leadership.As a WealthTech product leader, I focus on building advisor-facing tools that empower financial advisors to operate efficiently and grow their books of business through an all-in-one digital platform. I joined Farther when the firm was managing $5B in AUM and Series C funded. In my first six months, I built a fully scalable transitions infrastructure to onboard advisors and clients more efficiently and move the firm away from manual processes. It’s the first step in a broader effort to automate key tasks, freeing up the transitions team to focus on ensuring advisors get what they need rather than spending time on administrative execution.I’ve stabilized internal systems by overhauling CRM operations where there was previously no clear strategy, ownership, or transparency. I introduced structure, surfaced ongoing work, and created a defined roadmap that matured processes which had been evolving without direction. This effort has gone hand-in-hand with resolving vendor inefficiencies and introducing greater structure and visibility across CRM, IT, and product, clarifying ownership and improving consistency.I am partnering with engineering to apply AI in wealth management, enabling advisors to complete tasks and access the information they need without friction. These AI-driven tools are embedded into the Farther platform to improve speed, insight, and scale across advisor workflows.My work spans strategic planning, roadmap execution, cross-functional operations and business enablement. While my current role centers on product leadership, I am passionate about building the operational foundation that allows companies to scale intelligently and am excited by future opportunities to drive impact across the broader business as well.
