   I represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on environmental issues, and provide environmental and land use regulatory counseling. My work spans investigations and enforcement actions brought by environmental agencies and government authorities, as well as litigation, mediation, and arbitration in government and private party actions. I defend major corporations in toxic tort mass actions and product liability litigation. My clients include companies in the energy, pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive, and manufacturing industries. With experience serving as coordinating counsel in multiparty litigations, I have managed common interest relationships and negotiated and litigated joint defense agreements. I also counsel clients through every phase of complex litigation, including document retention, discovery, and privilege issues. I also handle environmental matters surrounding real estate transactions and financings, including coordinating with environmental consultants and government authorities. In addition to my litigation work, I am a certified Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate, and offer guidance to companies seeking LEED Green Certification for buildings and real estate projects.
