1. Founder & Executive Director

   Jan 2011 — Present

   In 2011, Stephanie\'s Lifeline H.O.P.E. was founded by myself and the BOD\'s Secretary Amie Kidane. As the Executive Director, I selected our Board of Directors and also plan and coordinate the Board of Director meetings. All day to day processes, activities, drives, and fundraisers are planned and supervised by me with the help of volunteers and BOD members. The growth and development of Stephanie\'s Lifeline are my first priorities as the Executive Director. The bigger we grow and the more we learn about nonprofits and Seattle\'s homeless population, the more people we are able to help. I am consistently researching current events pertaining to the homeless population and nonprofit news in order to better our nonprofit. I am responsible for fundraising, process development, volunteer supervision, event coordination, program managment and so much more as the Executive Director of Stephanie\'s Lifeline. Currently I run our Clothing Bank and Search & Rescue programs, coordinate all of our drives and fundraisers, update all of our social networking sites including our blog and website.
