Stephanie is the Chief of Staff at Ammunition, a full-funnel advertising agency. Equal parts creative shop and digital consultancy, we’re an ambitious group built to serve hard working brands looking to make change happen. Before joining Ammunition, Stephanie served as Director of Operations, Process and Development, for Barry\'s, an international boutique fitness brand. At Barry\'s, she launched the organization\'s first learning management system and led efforts to optimize, streamline, and communicate operational best practices. She is passionate about people development, operational excellence, and communication - both written and verbal. She is also an advocate for health and wellness and remains on the Barry\'s Atlanta team as a part-time Founding Instructor. Stephanie is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees: one in Psychology and another in Spanish.
