About Stephanie Dupuis
I am a Social Media Trainer at SOCi. My experience includes roles in Social Media, Training, Onboarding, Customer Success, Project Management, and as an Analyst. I\'ve worked in the software industry for the past 8 years, including social media, translation, and medical software. In my current position, I conduct all live internal and external trainings. I am part of adoption campaigns to ensure user adoption continues to increase. In addition to live trainings, I create, edit, and manage all training videos which make up SOCi University which is our self paced training program, which gives users access to on-demand training videos. I report out weekly on all training registrations, completions, CSAT (etc) to ensure adoption is increasing.
