As the AVP, University Relations Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Fifth Third, I am responsible for our \"One Bank\" hiring for hiring Early Career Talent into our IT Leadership Program, IT Audit Leadership Program, Data Engineering, Information Security, Data Science, and Digital Engineering teams. I manage our \"One Bank\" recruiting relationship with the University of Cincinnati, Florida A&M, Xavier University, Purdue University, University of Dayton, and the University of Florida. I have over ten years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on university relations. I hold the Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDIR) credential from AIRS powered by ADP.My mission is to create and foster strategic partnerships with academic institutions and other organizations that can provide a pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates for Fifth Third. I have successfully negotiated a multi-year contract with a major university for recruitment marketing purposes, and I have designed and implemented an internship program that offers 18 opportunities in various disciplines. I also collaborate with the marketing department to produce engaging and informative materials that showcase my employer\'s brand and culture.
