ABOUT STEPHANIE DIEHL
I am a Human Resources Manager with an interest in building and supporting the most effective workforce at Casa de Esperanza possible through my skills in recruitment, retention, training and development, and benefits.For over 26 years I have been dedicated to Casa de Esperanza’s mission: Serving children birth through six who are in crisis due to abuse, neglect, or the effects of HIV by providing residential care that meets each child’s unique needs. Though the children in Casa’s care have been through profoundly challenging life circumstances, they are a constant source of learning and inspiration to me and are a reminder of the resilience of the human spirit. Likewise, the employees, Foster Parents, Adoptive Parents, and Volunteers who choose to contribute to Casa de Esperanza’s mission are courageous, caring, and talented. It is an honor to support our employees from a Human Resources perspective and to be part of shaping Casa de Esperanza’s innovation and future growth. Outside of my work life I enjoy spending time with family, baking, and completing New York Times crossword puzzles.
