With years of experience managing creative projects, accounts, programs and people, I\'ve the ability to come in and after a short brief, completely take over a project, regardless of what stage, and blaze a path forward that benefits all parties involved. I drive studio operations from recruitment, resourcing, training, mentorship, culture, finances and process through strong, positive leadership.
