I am a passionate professional with over 30 years of banking experience. I have a focus on motivating and inspiring others to commit to continuous self improvement and growth. My desire to advocate for credit unions is a strong passion of mine. I held several positions at Glass City Federal Credit Union. This includes; Teller, Loan Officer, Assistant Branch Manager, and finally Branch Manager. This experience has been beneficial to my career. I was a proven leader and continuously met goals at Glass City Federal Credit Union. Currently I work at Coastal Federal Credit Union. I am the Loan Operations Manager. I administer the overall Loan Servicing area which entails processes, systems, rules, regulations, and various scenarios for all the loan functions that occur after origination. We service a loan portfolio of over 2.5 billion dollars. I specifically develop experiences to increase employee engagement, resulting in decreased expenses and increased productivity. I love to build a team by creating honesty, trust, and with a focus on each team members talents. I’m an asset to Coastal Credit Union by having the ability to see the gaps and fill them, while improving processes and products beyond where they were.
