About Stephanie Crist
My real estate experience starts back in 1991 with the investing in 10 acres of bare land. My husband and I built our first home, sold, and started over again. Over time we have built up a residential/ light commercial building business. In 2004, we purchased 10 acres and jumped into the role of subdivision developers. It was during this process that we decided it was in our best interest to get my real estate sales license and did so in 2011. Since getting my license, I have used my past experience to help others buy and sell real estate. I feel that it is important that a real estate agent be an active investor in the real estate market as well. Those who do bring a unique prospective and valuable knowledge to their clients.
