For nearly three decades, my career has spanned the treatment room, the classroom, the boardroom, and the conference stage, but my mission has always stayed the same: helping people feel confident in their skin through thoughtful, evidence-based care.I began my career in education, teaching at the San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology, where I developed advanced curriculum and trained hundreds of estheticians. My focus went well beyond technique. I taught practitioners how to truly understand skin, consult with confidence, and build successful, long-term careers rooted in trust and results.From there, I stepped into spa leadership as Lead Esthetician and brand ambassador at SenSpa, where I built and mentored high-performing teams, elevated standards of care, and significantly increased service and retail performance while strengthening cross-referral relationships with medical providers.I later spent five years in medical esthetics leadership as an Esthetics Director, building and scaling multidisciplinary clinical teams, standardizing treatment and retail protocols, and partnering closely with health care providers. This work significantly increased revenue while improving patient outcomes and continuity of care.Following that chapter, I moved into consulting, working with top spas, med spas, and skincare brands to streamline operations, strengthen education systems, and unlock new revenue opportunities. This experience sharpened my ability to see patterns and translate great care into scalable growth.Today, I proudly serve as Senior Director of Education & Clinic at face reality skincare, where I lead the education strategy, clinic operations, certification pathways, and cross-functional partnerships across the professional and medical skincare space. My work sits at the intersection of science, education, and execution. I\'m obsessed with turning complex skin biology into practical education that actually moves the needle.I’m also a renowned speaker, brand ambassador, and published thought leader, with work featured in Lipgloss + Aftershave, Dermascope, Skin Inc, Les Nouvelles Esthétiques, and Teen Vogue. I regularly speak at industry conferences, contribute to panels and podcasts, and create content focused on acne, skin longevity, barrier health, lifestyle, and the human side of skin care.If you’re passionate about skin health, education, and building something meaningful in this industry, we’ll probably get along just fine!
