I’ve built my career around helping people navigate complex systems — whether that’s guiding employees through workplace decisions or helping patients understand the often-confusing world of healthcare billing.Today, I work in healthcare revenue cycle operations, partnering with physician offices and supporting patients across physician practices, surgical centers, hospitals, and optical settings. I specialize in researching and resolving complex billing and insurance issues, interpreting EOBs, verifying coverage, and working across multiple EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, ModMed, NextGen, and more). My goal is simple: bring clarity, accuracy, and compassion to the patient financial experience.Before transitioning into healthcare revenue cycle, I spent over a decade in progressive HR leadership within a multi-billion-dollar international company. I supported multi-state facilities, partnered with executive leadership, led recruitment and workforce strategy, approved thousands of compensation changes annually, managed multi-million-dollar bonus programs, and strengthened compliance systems.
