Provide legal counsel concerning marketing and advertising across all forms of media including issues pertaining to programmatic and addressable media, artificial intelligence, privacy, data onboarding, user-generated content, social media, brand integration, intellectual property, and digital tracking and measurement• Lead, negotiate and close client and vendor agreements to be advantageous from a legal and business perspective • Advise and provide practical legal risk mitigation suggestions to product teams throughout the product development process• Partner with Chief Privacy Officer and Data Privacy team to ensure IPG Mediabrands provides services consistent with its obligations under US, EU and other applicable legal frameworks • Manage portfolio of legal terms with major media platforms such as Google, Meta and Amazon for the benefit of all IPG clients• Standardize templates, processes and develop training materials to improve efficiency of legal services to business units• Monitor industry developments affecting IPG, its clients and synthesize such information to disseminate as needed to internal stakeholders or suggest updates to products or other operational activities• Draft a wide variety of agreements, including media placement, custom content and sponsorship agreements, data protection agreements, technology services agreements, and data/IP licenses
