Ideation and coordination with artist and legal team on establishment of brand and art assets. • Ensured timely, cost-effective completion of large-scale marketing plans & campaign strategies. Project management of vendors to ensure adherence of established brand guidelines.• Boosted sales from in Detroit market to global sales of over 2 million units of Motown artist KEM through strategic marketing.• Designed album covers, world tour promotional visuals for merchandise, & POS display materials. Managed cross-functional teams and coordinated with corporate partners to deliver marketing assets on time and within budget.
