ABOUT STEPHANIE CARR

As the Clinical Manager at Luton Vets for Pets, I oversee the daily operations and clinical standards of the practice, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients and clients. I have many years of experience in veterinary nursing, working my way up from a Student Nurse to Head Veterinary Nurse then Clinical Manager in the same organisation. In 2025 I took the leap into practice ownership, alongside two fabulous Veterinary Surgeons.I am passionate about mentoring and coaching the clinical and non-clinical teams, delivering new hire training, and providing ongoing feedback and support. I also hold certifications in mental health first aid and emergency first aid at work, which enable me to promote a safe and healthy work environment for my colleagues. I enjoy all aspects of being in a veterinary practice and I thrive in fast paced environments. My goal is to continue growing my skills and knowledge as a veterinary nurse and a leader, and to make a positive difference in the lives of animals and people.
