   Business development: Developed proposals and multi-hundred thousand-euro budgets for the public sector to generate company revenue; outreach activities to universities and young entrepreneurs to identify new talent, create partnerships, and give back to the community; co-managed Deloitte Sustainability’s Twitter page to increase digital presence. •Enviro policy analysis and methodology development: Developed food waste and redistribution strategies and recommendations via reports and oral presentations to EU and national policy makers; benchmarked waste management practices (industrial and domestic) and electric vehicles within various national contexts for private sector clients.•Stakeholder outreach, event design and facilitation: Developed workshop methodologies and led modules throughout EU on food waste reduction to bring together actors of the food supply chain to foster action from the local to the EU level.•Traceability metrics and waste monitoring: Designed support metrics to monitor domestic waste for a French waste traceability scheme to ensure declared waste flows were properly recycled within European recycling centers. •Enviro comm & marketing: designed EU wide digital comm strategies (articles, social media campaigns) on ecolabelling, food waste, and sustainable consumption and production.•Extra-financial auditing: Monitored and audited a French multinational energy group to ensure compliance with the Grenelle II law on enviro and social reporting throughout Europe and Peru.•HR support and talent retention: Developed internal-use hiring tools for English-speaking candidates, conducted interviews, carried out new employee onboarding, performed career mentoring and monitored performance of consultants to ensure professional and personal success of talent. •Intl. travel for on-site client visits: EU and Peru for which sensitivity for cross-cultural interaction and trilingual fluency were paramount for communication and positive project results.
