ABOUT STEPHANIE C. BURTON
I am a Master’s level Mental Health Counselor, currently working toward full licensure.I feel purposed to help empower and equip BIPOC communities, my community, through the power of mental health. I aim to help decrease the stigma related to mental illness and seeking professional help, and to increase representation within the field. I am also passionate about empowering birthing people and their families in their perinatal journey, emphasizing maternal mental health. I take a person-centered approach to therapy, supporting individuals (children, teens and adults), couples and families as they navigate life’s challenges.I believe you are the expert in your life.
