Stephanie\'s career with Gensler began in 1989, when she joined Gensler\'s London office as a young designer. She transferred to Gensler\'s Houston office six years later, where she has had the opportunity to manage workplace projects, with a special focus on large corporate clients including professional services firms and energy companies. In 2016, Stephanie was appointed to lead the Houston office as Co-Managing Director.Along with her breadth of leadership, Stephanie is an accomplished project principal and project manager. She is respected for her experience and knowledge of the industry and her ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Among clients and colleagues, she has gained a reputation for her unique ability to develop strategies that play on the strengths of all team members. Stephanie takes her role as client advocate seriously, constantly challenging her team to make sure they are looking at each solution from the client\'s perspective.She is a passionate client advocate who provides mentorship and lessons learned from the careful management of more than 15 million-square-feet of workplace design, primarily for energy and professional service firm clients. With projects ranging from one thousand to one million-square-feet in size, Stephanie handles all of her long-term clients\' needs whatever they may be.
