Acts as BSA Officer. Ensures Title 31 compliance. Develops and administers a comprehensive Title 31 training and testing program. Develop, maintain and continuously improve AML Policy and Procedures. Oversee SAR process. Oversee Compliance Committee and SAR Committee. Develops and oversees the audit, review, and submission process of CTRs and SARs to ensure that the casino is in compliance with Federal Regulations. Process subpoenas. Responsible for writing and submitting Internal Controls to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Retain knowledge of Rivers Casino – Des Plaines Internal Controls, Casino Standard Operating Procedures, Federal Regulations (Title 31) and Illinois Gaming State Regulations. Pro-actively audit operation departments to identify and correct control deficiencies before being identified by Internal Audit. Follow up audits of departments on a regular basis based off of Internal Audit issues. Regularly correspond between internal departments and the Illinois Gaming Board to ensure compliance of all areas. Propose and implement ideas into the department to increase efficiency and accuracy.
