Casa Myrna delivers solutions to end domestic and dating violence. The largest domestic violence organization in Boston, our comprehensive range of services (available in both Spanish and English), gives survivors of violence tools to recover from the trauma of abuse and begin to build sustainable economic stability. We help meet survivors\' immediate needs for shelter (through an emergency shelter, longer-term residential program, and shelter for teen parents), while we also support longer term needs for permanent housing, education and employment, improved mental health, and legal assistance. Through our SafeLink hotline, we provide resources and referrals on a 24/7 basis to survivors and others. And our education and outreach activities mobilize the broader community around domestic and dating violence prevention. Each year, we support almost callers to our SafeLink hotline, 120 survivors and their children in shelter, and over survivors in the community. As CEO:• Provide leadership and management of Casa Myrna by directing development, operations, strategic direction, planning and agency performance. Casa Myrna is a $5 million non-profit organization working to end domestic violence.• Oversee Casa Myrna’s administrative functions and eight programs, including three residential facilities and 85 staff. Provide fiscal responsibility and oversight for revenue and expenses, including contributions from individuals, foundations and corporations and municipal, state and federal funding.• Partner with Casa Myrna’s board of directors, clients, donors/funders and other stakeholders to ensure Casa Myrna is a strong, viable and growing organization responsive to the needs of survivors of domestic and dating violence.
