With a wide range of experience in providing tax advice to private companies, with operations within Canada and beyond, I develop detailed tax strategies specific to the needs of each business.Currently a Partner at PwC, my areas of specialization include tax issues related to charities and not-for-profit organizations, estate and succession planning, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate reorganizations, employee ownership structuring, tax accounting and compliance matters as well as dealing with taxation authorities.With her roots firmly grounded in the farmlands of Saskatchewan, good work ethic and logic are the foundation to my approach to work and life. Although I now call Edmonton home, I enjoy getting to travel across Canada working with clients in various provinces and territories. I\'m also passionate about giving back to the community and have volunteered on numerous not-for-profit Boards over the last 20 years in a variety of roles including Treasurer and President.
