Hi I’m Steph, a Pensions Senior Audit Manager for an Award Winning accounting firm and the Pensions Age Accountancy Firm of the year 2025.My role has essentially two key strands to it. Firstly, working with Trustees and administrators to ensure a hassle-free audit is delivered in a timely manner and always within the deadline. Secondly I spend a significant amount of time dedicated to people development, which I absolutely love, particularly working with our trainees and bringing them through, a route that is very close to my heart. Our mantra at Cooper Parry is to ensure the right people are in the right roles and everyone is playing to their strengths – we have a fantastic team in place and we continue to grow each year.
