As a legal recruiter, I am a career coach, guidance counselor, advocate, matchmaker, trusted adviser and strategic partner. With over a decade of experience in legal search, I have counseled and successfully placed hundreds of attorneys across all levels and practice areas. I have developed a deep understanding of the New York legal market and have extensive experience representing local attorneys as well as lawyers who are relocating—nationally and internationally—to NYC. I pride myself on providing outstanding service to the lawyers and law firms I work with and do so with integrity and professionalism.I enjoy getting to know each of my candidates personally and professionally and work hard to identify opportunities that are consistent with their individual career goals. I formulate an appropriate search strategy and coach them through the entire recruiting process (submission, scheduling, interview prep, follow-up, offer, compensation negotiation, etc.) while providing the most current market intelligence to ensure that they are fully prepared every step of the way. Of course, I cannot do any of this without knowing my clients well. I work hand-in-hand with law firm and corporate clients to fully understand their needs and identify/target appropriate candidates. Additionally, I am a frequent speaker at top law schools on a variety of recruiting topics and was selected to present a program at the 2016 NALP Educational Conference on recruiting millennial lateral associates. I am also regularly quoted in legal publications such as the American Lawyer and Law 360.
