I am the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist for Defense & Technology Solutions (DTS) at KBR under the Mission Tech Business Unit. What I do day to day consists of:•Managing projects through to completion independently as a leader over a work group/project team.•Liaison between customers and Talent Acquisition team to support talent acquisition and staffing initiatives for multiple projects simultaneously.•Prepare and deliver reports for Talent Acquisition and HR team members.•Assess compliance and mitigate risk by executing regular audits and identify areas of non-compliance.•Responsible for reporting and dashboard preparation, special sourcing projects, event coordination, intern program support and p-card account management.•Work with TA leadership to help create, track and build KPI dashboards using Excel and PowerBI tools.
