In this capacity, I perform all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations. Brings compliance issues to the attention of management. Assures high-quality customer service to all customers. Complies with change control processes through project completion. Develops, reviews, and edits requests for proposals. Develops, reviews, and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution and develops functional design specifications. Develops testing plans and scripts. Executes and reviews testing. Ensures that design standards and conventions are adhered to. Develops, implements, and maintains assigned applications including setup and parameter changes to meet evolving business and user needs. Develops, implements and maintains security roles and responsibilities to meet evolving business and user needs in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices Remains abreast of changes and developments in the industry. Establishes and maintains a network of professional relationships both inside and outside the corporation. Delivers presentations, communicates relevant project information to management and peers and serves as participant in team and customer meetings. Interfaces with other project staff to ensure project completion (e.g, shares knowledge, ensures effective communication). Designs, develops and performs data extraction using approved tools for end users. Serves as a support resource and subject matter expert for assigned applications. Coordinates and interfaces with vendors to ensure business needs are met. Assists in developing and monitoring assigned budgets.
