ABOUT STEPHANIE BELIARD DELBREY

I am currently a Consultant at Rios Partners. I have previously worked in a business development role where I\'ve gotten the opportunity to practice market research, which resulted in building the company\'s client base and fostering client relationships. Moreover, during my time with Community Engagement Consulting (CEC), I got the opportunity to function as Project Lead on pro-bono consulting projects for local DC non-profits. Through these engagements, I worked directly with clients, usually Executive Directors, to develop and execute a detailed plan for driving operational improvements. As Project Lead, I led teams of student consultants from project kick-off to completion. Through the above and other experiences, I have gained a variety of skills, such as problem-solving and critical thinking, leading and working in teams, time management, communication, analyzing data, using data visualization and statistical analysis tools, presenting data insights clearly in reports and presentations, among others. I look to leverage these skills and experiences through my career in consulting, specifically in strategy and management consulting.
