Stephanie has led strategic ecological and natural capital programmes supporting government-aligned infrastructure and policy development. Her work includes secondments to Network Rail, where she advanced biodiversity maturity in line with the Varley Report, and technical leadership for National Grid and SSEN projects. She has developed nature-related risk disclosure methodologies and supported adaptation strategies for national transport authorities. Stephanie also contributed to policy development with the Scottish Government and led biodiversity interventions for public institutions such as the University of Glasgow. Her ability to integrate ecological expertise with strategic planning and stakeholder engagement positions her as a key figure in advancing sustainable infrastructure and nature-positive outcomes.
