By effectively organizing resources, managing project timelines, and tracking progress against detailed plans, she drives successful project execution. I also have extensive experience in contract management, compliance, and procurement ensuring that contractor work aligns with contract requirements and Washington State RCWs. Over the past eight years, I have led large-scale fiber deployment projects across Washington, managing multi-million-dollar FTTH initiatives funded by state and federal grants.
