I oversee the Mortgage Closing Department. Here we research and complete title work on the 1st mortgage side. I review our researcher\'s daily work, as well as review the title work report itself before delivering to the lender. I assist a variety of lender\'s in clearing any objections that may appear on title work. We also provide Settlement Closing Services. This job entails preparation of Settlement Statement(aka HUD), Writing/Disbursing Funds, Witness closings, Electronically Filing Record able Documents through out the State of Iowa. I am also in charge of Explaining and Training new lenders who participate in receiving services from CBMS, as well as I am in charge of training new employees whom join our Home Office Team!
