Ensure that all processes and guidelines are followed when creating and distributing access badges. Removing access privileges and deactivating badge profiles from terminated staff and from contractor staff when access is no longer granted. Identifying issues with badging processes and equipment, and bringing them to the attention of the System Engineer. Responsible for tracking badges issued to new employees and contractors, updating restricted after-hours access levels, and ensuring accuracy and legitimacy of the requested area access requests. In charge of organizing and managing the mailroom and mailroom procedures. Managing onsite physical security team and in charge of the security contract.
